Grey Dog Coffee, New York
| This Greenwich Village coffee shop has to be one of our favorite coffee shops in New York and is well known and respected in the area. You can tell this by how busy the Grey Dog is when you walk in! Its very 'old fashioned' looking inside, almost a little 'hippy' like, but its very warm and inviting. The coffee here is very good, and there is something on the food menu for everyone. They are pretty famous for their great breakfast, but they also have a good selection of salads and sandwiches - the brie, tomato and pesto is particularly good. |
| The only problem with Grey Dog is because its so popular - it can get VERY busy in here, and the seating and table arrangements could be improved a little. They also don't have free wireless internet here - it would probably be even harder to get a table if they had it though! But overall, an excellent coffee shop in New York City and definitely worth checking out. |
